With locations in Contrecoeur, Longueuil, Montreal and Abitibi-Témiscamingue* (Quebec) and in Hamilton (Ontario), ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada has more than 1,900 employees. The company is among the largest scrap recycler in Quebec, through its Joint Venture – Integrated Metal Recycling (IMR). The Company regroups steel production (steelmaking, rolling and wire drawing) and scrap recycling and processing facilities. We specialize in the manufacture of semi-finished products such as billets, slabs, bars and rod, dedicated mostly to the construction and automotive markets, but also to other industrial uses. Our mission is smarter steels for people and planet, to manufacture safe, in accordance with our values of health and safety, quality, sustainability and leadership.
