On October 18, ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada held its first Truckers Appreciation Day. Members of Management and health and safety advisors were present in each mill with local teams to meet the dozens of truckers who had loads to pick up in our facilities. In addition to giving them a car emergency kit to thank them for their collaboration in our successes, we took the opportunity to talk to them about ways to work even more effectively together. Long Products Canada CEO François Perras participated in the day by visiting two of our sites to personally greet truckers. Kudos to these strategic external partners who deliver quality products on time to our customers across North America!
