Nadia Thibault, Vice-President, Legal Affairs, Procurement and Logistics, Security Nadia currently leads legal affairs, purchasing, transportation and security at AMPLC, where she oversees a diverse team and ensures the company's regulatory compliance. In this role, she focuses on collaboration and efficiency to optimize processes and secure the company's reputation.

With over 22 years' experience in law, Nadia is an accomplished professional in her field. She began her career at Dubé Bernatchez Bénard & associés, avocats, where she was a legal associate. She then worked at Construction F. Catania as head of the legal department. In 2017, she joined AMPLC as Senior Legal Affairs Advisor and Corporate Secretary.

Nadia quickly rose through the ranks at AMPLC, becoming Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance as well as the Safety and Environment Department in 2020, before being promoted to Vice President of Legal Affairs, Purchasing and Transportation as well as Safety in 2022. Nadia Thibault graduated in law from the Université de Montréal in 2000. She also graduated in Dispute Prevention and Resolution from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2007.
