The new ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada Women of Steel Committee held its first networking event a few days ago in Contrecoeur. This group aims to promote and support the advancement of women in our organization while providing opportunities for exchange and mentoring. The ultimate goal is to foster the emergence of women in our workplace for greater diversity, benefiting the entire company. Several other activities are on the menu in 2018, demonstrating the importance of human resources development for Long Products Canada.
